Essentials Plan — $25/month per computer
The Essentials plan is a great starting point for keeping your home computers running smoothly. You get access to our remote support tools and a secure password manager, plus a little bit of included support time each month.
What's included:
Remote Support If something goes wrong, we can securely connect to your computer and fix it without needing to visit — fast and hassle-free.
Password Manager Keep all your passwords safe and organised with your own personal password vault, accessible from any device.
15 minutes free support per month Every month you get 15 minutes of labour included at no extra charge — perfect for small questions and quick fixes.
Need more help? If your support needs go beyond your included time, additional labour is billed at $125/hr during business hours (Monday–Friday 8am–5pm).
After hours support is available when you need it urgently:
- Weekday evenings & early mornings: $187.50/hr
- Weekends: $250/hr
- Public Holidays: $312.50/hr
A 30 minute minimum charge applies to all after hours support calls.
