The Standard plan adds an extra layer of protection to your home computers with managed firewall and content filtering, keeping threats out before they even reach your devices.
What's included:
Remote Support If something goes wrong, we can securely connect to your computer and fix it without needing to visit — fast and hassle-free.
Password Manager Keep all your passwords safe and organised with your own personal password vault, accessible from any device.
Managed Firewall (NextDNS) We actively manage your DNS-level firewall to block malicious websites, ads, and unwanted content before they load on any device in your home.
30 minutes free support per month Every month you get 30 minutes of labour included at no extra charge — great for regular check-ins and small fixes.
Need more help? Additional labour is billed at $150/hr during business hours (Monday–Friday 8am–5pm).
After hours support is available when you need it urgently:
- Weekday evenings & early mornings: $225/hr
- Weekends: $300/hr
- Public Holidays: $375/hr
A 30 minute minimum charge applies to all after hours support calls.
