The Pro plan is our most complete offering — your computers are actively monitored, patched and managed so problems are caught and fixed before you even notice them.
What's included:
Remote Support If something goes wrong, we can securely connect to your computer and fix it without needing to visit — fast and hassle-free.
Password Manager Keep all your passwords safe and organised with your own personal password vault, accessible from any device.
Managed Firewall (NextDNS) We actively manage your DNS-level firewall to block malicious websites, ads, and unwanted content before they load on any device in your home.
Patch Management We automatically keep your operating system and software up to date, closing security vulnerabilities before they can be exploited.
Device Management We actively monitor the health and security of your computers so we can spot and address issues proactively.
45 minutes free support per month Every month you get 45 minutes of labour included at no extra charge — ideal for ongoing maintenance and support needs.
Need more help? Additional labour is billed at $175/hr during business hours (Monday–Friday 8am–5pm).
After hours support is available when you need it urgently:
- Weekday evenings & early mornings: $262.50/hr
- Weekends: $350/hr
- Public Holidays: $437.50/hr
A 30 minute minimum charge applies to all after hours support calls.
